Being a Christian means we have accepted the truth that Jesus redeemed our lives with His. Biblical Stewardship is the term given to how we should live out that truth in relationship to this temporal and material world. The question is not whether one should be a steward or not, but rather what type of Steward will each of us choose to be. Everything in creation is God’s, including you. God created us to be good and faithful stewards. He created us and bought us with a price.
Bottom line, Biblical Stewardship is the use of God’s resources, which is everything including time, talents, and treasure, to accomplish God’s purpose, executed in a manner that Honors and Glorifies our God and Savior. Stewardship Mastery was created to help individual Christians learn to be aware of God’s blessings in order to acknowledge, manage, and develop what God has entrusted to us.
Peter explains this in 1 Peter 4:10
